照着一般的说明做，到执行
ibm\websphere\appserver\bin下面的configurewebserver1.bat时
报错，过程如下

处理所有的应用都失败了，报了异常。
所以我从ihs转发请求就是不行，可能就是这个问题。谁知道这个异常是什么意思，怎么解决？？
