* proficient in web site design, solid understanding of web infrastructure.
language experience
o 2 to 3 years current coldfusion experience.
o 2 to 3 years current sql （oracle or sql server) experience.
* working knowledge of source code management tool
* well organized with proven success in managing assignments to timely completion.
* excellent knowledge of web technologies, java script, html, xml,
* proficient in database modeling tools and/or database interactions.
* evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution.
* efficient and organized individual
* may provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
* individual must have strong verbal and written english communication skills.

responsibilities under general direction, participates as a high level technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software. works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of web applications programming activities.

* leads the development and implementation of highly complex internet applications
* provide accurate project timeline estimates.
* participate in all phases of software development lifecycle.
* support both client and department programming standards.
* perform excellent unit testing of all code.
* work with quality assurance team to ensure quality of work produced.
* find & fix application inefficiencies to increase speed/performance.
