location: peking/ shanghai
position description:
the china it enterprise production management team is looking for an it floor support professional to provide support to morgan stanley. businesses based in shanghai. floor support.
major responsibilities are:
1.frontline support for hardware, os and desktop applications
2.follow up helpdesk tasks
3.hardware maintenance
4.escalate technical issues to 2nd and 3rd level support within it team or external it vendors
5.coordinate infrastructure projects with regional it team/local it vendors and assist project implementation
6.monitor it procurement for beijing offices and manage vendor relationships
7.maintain it documentation, such as inventory list, pc checklist, hardware purchase standard, various processes, etc
requirements:
1.bachelor's degree
2.minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in an international company,foreign financial services firm experience is preferred
3.strong knowledge in pc, networking and problem solving skills
4.excellent communications and interpersonal skills
5.good written and oral english
6.customer focused
7.good team player
